A tractor trailer loaded with vodka overturned in Clayton Thursday morning causing traffic delays. Around 6:00AM the tractor trailer driver, Johnathan Davis Chrissy, 33, of Kingsland, GA was attempting to turn onto Shotwell Road from westbound US 70 when the truck flipped onto its side.
